We have two study branches

Information Technology - application of personal computers
Technical Lyceum - focused more on general education

The school has about 600 students in 20 classes, about 40 teachers, the headmaster and two assistant headmasters.
Each class has 25-30 students and is looked after by a form master (form tutor). He/she is responsible for students in many aspects (school attendance, contacts with students and parents etc.).Students remain at school for four years.

They have general subjects: Czech Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, Biology, English and German Languages, Social Sciences, Physical Education and special subjects: ICT lessons -programming, graphic systems,CAD systems, practical training etc, Electrotechnology, Economics, Automation and optional subjects related to their branch.

Students are evaluated four times a year and they are given their school report twice a year (the end of January, the end of June).
The final examination in the fourth year is called school-leaving examination (written, practical and oral). It is taken in Czech Language, Foreign Language or Mathematics and special subjects.

After passing this examination students are given Secondary School Certificate which is the basic qualification for university studies. Most students go to university or colleges of further education or they find a job.
